Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped from our warehouse/supplier.

tomtownsey.art uses an authenticated payment server that encrypts all your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

We do not charge card fees.

tom townsey art ships worldwide with tracked postal service and the expected delivery time is shown below:

Please note that in connection with sales on holidays such as Christmas, there may be a longer delivery time. However, we will strive to inform you of this, should this be the case.

We encourage you to check your order upon receipt.
We are only interested in the fact that our posters have had a good time during the transport. And we guarantee that we always pack the goods properly.

If the package and / or the contents are damaged upon receipt, we encourage you, preferably within 4 days of receipt, to report errors directly to us at shop@tomtownsey.art

International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, import duties, or any other additional charges by your government. As the recipient, you are completely responsible to pay for any of these fees incurred. Customs also may incur a delivery delay, which is out of my control. 

Change of mind
We have a 14-day return policy for prints only, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like original art pieces or custom products (such as art in commission). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Person data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, telephone and email address.

We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you.
The personal information is registered with tomtomsey.art and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
In addition, we collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law.
